Composed elements is the first collection made by studio Inge de Vor. All our products start with the design of the textiles in our own studio. For this collection, the Composed elements collection, we created digital printed textiles. The Composed elements collection started by intuitively creating small elements by hand, with paint and colour pencil for example. After creating these elements the challenge started by making a composition out of them. This resulted in artworks with dramatic clouds on pastel coloured backgrounds, playful multi-coloured organic creatures and mint with navy rosette dots. The final designs are digitally printed in the Netherlands on carefully selected fabrics.
After receiving these textiles we start cutting and sewing. For this collection we designed clean shapes where details are minimalized to give full attention to our printed textiles. Our pouches, tote bags, cushions and scarves are made in our own studio, we make sure that they are all perfect!
